Flip Card Feature

When you go to your Insights tab > Profile Metrics you'll get a detailed overview of Profile metrics. All of them are shown as charts.


 
The Flip Card feature allows you to flip certain profile metrics charts. The flip switch is displayed (if available) when hovering over a chart. There are two options to show the extra KPI data. When you click on the "View Details" button you will see - for example - the 'total' or 'difference'

Here's an example of Twitter Followers KPI flip card: 

 

When you look at some Flipcards there is even a third button. When toggling this button CX Social creates a summary of all profiles in the flipcard. We will demonstrate this with the example below:
 
The Chart View:
Chart with all followers for every Twitter profile you've selected.


The Details View:
Detailed table view with the total of new followers (during the date range you've filtered on) for every Twitter profile you've selected.


The Summary View:
The total sum of new followers for every Twitter profile you've selected.

Flip cards are enabled on all components which have the toggle icons (KPI view - Chart view) in the top right.
