After clicking the Inbox Widget, you get a pop-up to set up the widget to your own needs.
- You can choose how mentions are displayed. There's a standard version where the actions on the mentions are visible as well, and there's a slimmed down, small version without the mentions' actions.
- You have also the option to auto-update the Inbox Widget as soon as a new mention entered the Inbox, it will appear on top of the widget.
In the end you have the possibility to add a widget for every topic, and when adding the small versions, you can set them up next to each other, to create a very structured, clear overview.
You can scroll in one Inbox without messing up or doing actions in the other two widgets. You also have the option to resolve mentions right away from within the widgets.
Also, if you set the date range in the widget set-up to "Default Dashboard Date Range", you can easily apply filters in the dashboard, and your Inboxes will be synchronized and filtered all in the same way. Again, that way you can compare and create clear overviews without having to switch to any other page in CX Social.
