Installing the CX Social mobile application (iOS)

The CX Social Inbox is also available as a mobile application for iOS devices. This article will explain:

ŸŸ● How to install the app on your iOS device
ŸŸ● How to log in on the mobile app



Requirements

Our CX Social mobile app is currently only available for Apple devices with operating system iOS 6.0 and higher


Installation

Installing our mobile app is the same as installing any other app on your iOS device. Here's how to do it:

ŸŸ● Visit Apple's app store on your mobile device.
ŸŸ● Search for 'Engagor' and press the download button. The app is completely free!
ŸŸ● You'll need an Apple ID in order to complete the download.

                                      

Note: Since this app is listed as an iPhone app, when searching for it on iPad, you need to switch to from 'iPad only' to 'iPhone only' apps at the top left in order to find it.



How do I log in?


When opening the app, you'll see we ask for log in credentials. Simply use your regular CX Social login and password, which is the same one you use when logging in on our web app.

In the event you have forgotten your password, just click the 'Forgot Password?' -link.
