Filtering on / Exporting a mention and its related mentions in CX Social
 
In CX Social it is possible to filter on and export a certain mention and it’s related content. It can be interesting to export a full conversation with a customer or a certain post and all the corresponding messages that were posted.

In this support article we will explain you step by step how you can export a mention and it’s related mentions.
 

 
  • Search for the original mention in the Inbox (this can be a post, comment,..)
  • Open the dropdown menu next to the “+tag”-button
  • Click on “View Statistics for this mention”
  • Automatically you will be redirected to the Insights with a conversation filter in the filter field. 
  • Copy the filter and go back to the CX Social Inbox and paste the filter in the CX Social Inbox filter field.
  • You will see all the mentions related to the original mention in the Inbox.
  • Export the mentions by clicking the arrow in the upper right corner.
  • Choose between PDF, Excel,..
