Inbox: Sorting in CX Social

If you are working in the CX Social Inbox we provide you with a couple of ways you can sort the mentions in your Inbox or the Archive. Whether you like working based on oldest first or based on the amount of followers people have, you can change the sorting based on your preference.
 
In CX Social the default sorting is newest to oldest, meaning we sort mentions from new to oldest. You can change the sorting by simply clicking on the sorting icon right next to the filter field.
 


Next to our default sorting you can sort on:
 

ŸŸ●  Oldest first
ŸŸ●  Followers
ŸŸ●  Response Time
ŸŸ●  Response Time during Business Hours
ŸŸ●  Resolve Time
ŸŸ●  Recently Updated
ŸŸ●  Most Mentions
ŸŸ●  Random
 
Oldest First
Sorting by Oldest First will the show the mentions sorted from old to new. If you like working with the FIFO principle (First In First out), this sorting will suit you best.
 
Followers
Sorting by Followers will sort the mentions from people with the highest amount of followers first. It allows you to handle mentions from Ambassadors, Influencers or famous people.
 
Response Time
Sorting by Response Time will sort the mentions on the time it took to send out a response to that customer. It will simply rank the mentions from fastest to slowest response.
 
Response Time during Business Hours
Sorting by Response Time during Business Hours will sort the mentions on the time it took to send out a response during your business hours to the customer. It will rank the mentions from fastest to slowest response based on the Business Hours schedule you have set up. Resolve Time
Sorting by Resolve Time will sort the mentions on the time it took to resolve the mention. It will rank the mentions from fastest to slowest resolve time.
 
Recently Updated
Sorting by Recently Updated will sort the mentions based on the last action it had. Filtering on Recently Updated enables you to find the mention that had the most recent action. Actions can be Replying, Tagging, Sentiment Changes and so on.

Most Mentions 

Sorting by Most Mentions will sort the mentions in your Inbox based on the amount of mentions from one customer when contact grouping is enabled. It will rank mentions from customers which had the most mentions to the lowest amount of mentions when grouped. You can read more about contact grouping here

Random
Sorting by Random will simply sort the mentions in a Random order. We don’t take oldest, newest or anything else into account. It will simply show you a list of mentions in a totally random order because every customer, new or old, matters.
