Schedule Messages in CX Social
When you use CX Social for scheduling posts on your social media accounts, it's very useful to keep a good overview of these posts. In CX Social, you check a list of scheduled posts in your Content Calendar. More information about the calendar you can read here.
Create an iCal Feed to Show These Messages in Your Own Calendar
It's also possible to see these scheduled posts in your actual calendar, preferably, the one you use for professional purposes. You can then keep track of them and change or cancel them if needed. How do you do this? First, you have to create the iCal Feed by clicking on that button in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up. Use the link provided.
Integrate the iCal Feed in Your Own Calendar
We will describe the procedure for two frequently used email clients.
Click the down arrow next to Other Calendars.
Choose Add by URL in the menu.
Enter the URL in the field provided (check the previous paragraph for the procedure to create this iCal Feed URL).
Click the Add Calendar button.
From Tools menu, select Account Settings.
Click on the Internet Calendars tab.
Click the New button.
Enter the URL in the field provided, then click Add.
If you would like, you can now choose another name for the calendar. Make sure the box is checked in the Update Limit section.
