How to capture a screencast for our Support Ninja's?

Sometimes our support team will ask you to send a video of what you are exactly doing in the CX Social application. This comes in handy when trying to solve a problem that isn't easy to explain with words. So if they are asking for moving images, you are able to record your CX Social activity using LICEcap. 

Downloading LICEcap

This tool is easy to download and install. You can download the app by clicking the following link:

Using LICEcap

After downloading the application, you can open it by clicking on the logo 
The following framework will appear:

When you want to start a recording of your CX Social activities, you should click the recording button in the bottom right corner. Then a pop-up appears and you should name the video you are going to record. When saving, the video starts recording and you are able to move your cursor behind the framework. 

After recording you should click the stop button and your recording will be saved. Now go to your e-mail account and send the awesome support ninja's your video.
