If you’re struggling with certain filters, having an issue with the Insights or experiencing a technical issue you have the option to chat with one of the CX Social support team members. If you want to access the Live Help feature simply click on the buoy in the bottom left corner:
After clicking the buoy the Live Help chat window will open up and you will be able to ask your question(s) to the support agent.
Please note: If you don’t see the Live Help button in the bottom left corner your Administrator might have disabled this for you or this isn't included in your CX Social account plan. If this is the case you can always e-mail your questions or issues to firstname.lastname@example.org
