CX Social Browser & System Requirements

CX Social's development and QA team focus on testing and supporting the most recent stable version of all modern browsers. Thus we recommend to use or upgrade browsers to the most recent version before using CX Social and get the best experience out of our tool.

CX Social supports the current and previous stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version. End-of-line browsers – defined as browsers for which no new versions are planned by the browser manufacturer – are supported for up to two years. Some functional limitations may apply.
 
Browsers on Mobile devices




CX Social can be used on the internet browsers supported by the mobile device. However, we have a dedicated native application available in the App Store and in the Google Play Store and advised to use this instead of using CX Social in the mobile browsers.
