Inbox: Creating a mailbox in CX Social

A mailbox is a handy feature with which you can bundle several topics together. For example: We have the topic CX Social and CX Analyze, both have their own inbox. If I were to create the mailbox “Clarabridge products”, I could easily add both topics so mentions coming from these topics would land in the same inbox.
To create a mailbox, you start by going to the inbox and open up the dropdown menu next to the inbox’ name. Here you click on “add” next to mailboxes.

The first thing you want to do is name your mailbox and select the topics you want to add.
You’ll notice that we make a difference between default folders **link and smart folders**link.
It is possible to activate/deactivate the different default folders, the inbox and private messages folders can even be further edited (by filtering, adding a watchdog, …)


If you want to delete the mailbox, just click the red “Delete Mailbox”  button in the upper right corner. Note: Deleting a mailbox won’t delete your topics nor data.
