Setting the Date Range

​​By default, CX Social shows data from the last 28 days. However, you can manually alter this by clicking the calendar icon in the upper right corner of every CX Social page.

When clicking the calendar icon, you can choose between a number of preset date ranges. To set custom dates and hours, click the 'advanced' button.


​Date Grouping
 

When you're in Insights, there's a huge difference in presenting things per hour or per day. Since we want you to be the boss of this decision, we've made it possible for you to select custom date grouping. You can group your data on month, week, day, hour, and even minute! 

You'll find it under the same calendar icon but only when working in Insights, custom dashboards, or custom charts. Also, date grouping in minutes is limited to one day only.
