Personal Settings

When clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner, you will see the following drop-down menu: 
 

By clicking on Personal Settings in the drop-down menu, you will land on a page where you can set some defaults on how to use CX Social. Personal Settings imply that the changes made are only applying to the specific user who installed them. 
 

There are different settings to be found here:  

Profile


This is the page you will land on immediately after clicking on Personal Settings. You are able to set your CX Social User Name and upload your Profile Picture. Don't forget to fill in your e-mail address and to choose your password. 
 

Connected Profiles


In this section you are able to connect social profiles on a personal level. This is necessary to gain an access token and to set up an authorized connection while adding profiles / pages as an authorized connection in your topic set-up. You can read all about setting up those authorized connections in this support article. 

 

 
 

Applications


When clicking on the Applications button in your Personal Settings section, you will see all Apps which have (partial) access to your CX Social account and where you need to sign in to with your CX Social information details.
